Treats, chews, and supplements are delivered Australia-wide via Australia Post or Aramex.

Up to 500 grams packaged: $10.95
Up to 1 kilo packaged: $14.95

Raw Food

Nature Dog Raw Food is delivered within Victoria, NSW, and ACT only via refrigerated courier. To calculate delivery charges, enter your postcode at the checkout.

Note: If your order is a combination of treats, chews, or supplements and raw food, then Raw Food Delivery Charges will apply.

Tuesday and Friday

For deliveries to ACT, orders must be received by noon Wednesday for delivery the following week.

NSW

Sydney metro: Daily
Newcastle metro and regional, Central Coast: Tuesday and Thursday
Wollongong: Tuesday and Friday
Blue Mountains: Wednesday
NSW Southwest border region: Friday

For deliveries to Sydney and NSW, orders must be received by noon Wednesday for delivery the following week.

VICTORIA

Melbourne Metro and Mornington Peninsula: Daily, including Saturday
Geelong: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Yarra Valley: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Ballarat and Bendigo: Monday and Wednesday
Gippsland: Monday and Thursday
Shepparton and Wangaratta: Wednesday

Important delivery information for raw food:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery details and to have someone available to accept delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, please provide clear instructions as to where we can leave the order noting orders cannot be in direct sunlight.
Nature Dog is transported and delivered frozen; however, we do not recommend leaving the products outside the freezer environment for more than 2 hours.
Any costs associated with repeated delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
Late delivery does not constitute a failure of delivery nor does it entitle any person to compensation or cancellation of the order.
Nature Dog does not deliver on Public Holidays.
